1. The warranty is based on the statutory provisions (see § 9).
2. For our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins, we also provide a comprehensive guarantee, which is explained below. Of course, this does not affect our customers' statutory claims for defects.
3. We give a guarantee on the mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins with the following content:
We grant a pro rata guarantee of 5, 10 or 12 years for our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows and slatted frames (according to the respective item description) from the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. We grant a 10-year guarantee on our pool basins for leaks in the pool basins and the leaktightness of the pipelines in the basin up to the technology, from the time the goods are handed over to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
The warranty does not interrupt or extend the entire warranty period since the purchase.
4. The guarantee extends to the material processing of the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins. This only applies if the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins are used exclusively for private use as intended. In the case of use for commercial purposes (e.g. hotels) as well as improper use (e.g. outdoors), the extended guarantee is only possible with an individual agreement. The following are not covered by the guarantee: Normal wear and tear, plates or slatted slats (slatted frames), the consequences of improper use (e.g. using a mattress without a fully functional slatted frame such as slatted frames with at least 24 slatted slats or plate slatted frames), soiling, stains, mold, torn carrying loops and consequential damage .
5. If the material processing is restricted within the guarantee period, we will make improvements at our option. However, within the framework of the statutory warranty periods and claims, you can of course determine your rights yourself, without prejudice to your rights.

7. This guarantee does not restrict the legal rights of the buyer, in particular the warranty rights in accordance with Section §437 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The buyer is entitled to these in any case, regardless of whether there is a guarantee claim or the guarantee is being used.

- All products are suitable for private use.
- Risk of falling and tipping
- Tall or narrow products can tip over if they are loaded unevenly or are not positioned or secured securely.
- Such products must be secured to the wall with suitable fastenings. Use dowels and screws suitable for the respective wall structure.

- Observe the maximum load specifications of the products according to the item description. Store heavy objects in the lower area and lighter ones at the top.
- Only use the products for their intended purpose and avoid excessive loading or uneven loads.
- Care and cleaning instructions
- Clean the products with a soft cloth and suitable cleaning agents. Aggressive cleaning products or abrasive materials can damage the surface.
- Protect the products from intense sunlight, moisture and extreme temperatures to prevent damage such as deformation or material discoloration.
- Wooden furniture can be treated with special care products to increase its longevity.
- Child safety
- The products should be set up or assembled in such a way that they do not pose a danger to children. Hard-to-reach, fragile or sharp objects should be placed out of the reach of children.
- Make sure that doors and drawers remain securely closed.
- Do not let children swim unsupervised and provide them with suitable safety equipment (water wings, etc.).
- Chemical hazards
- The products comply with EU guidelines. If odors occur, air the products in a well-ventilated area.
- Transport safety
- The products should be lifted and transported carefully to avoid damage. After transport, a check of stability and fastenings is necessary.
- Risk of glass breakage
- Glass surfaces should not be overloaded or handled improperly. Temperature differences and impacts can lead to glass breakage.
- Risk of entrapment and injury
- Make sure that no fingers are trapped when closing doors or drawers. Sharp edges or splinters should be checked and removed regularly.
- Fire protection
