The cover:
- The very high-quality and robust special cover is water-repellent and removable by 2-sided concealed zipper and washable up to 90 ° (!). 2. For our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins, we also provide a comprehensive guarantee, which is explained below. Of course, this does not affect our customers' statutory claims for defects.
3. We give a guarantee on the mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins with the following content:
We grant a pro rata guarantee of 5, 10 or 12 years for our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows and slatted frames (according to the respective item description) from the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. We grant a 10-year guarantee on our pool basins for leaks in the pool basins and the leaktightness of the pipelines in the basin up to the technology, from the time the goods are handed over to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
The warranty does not interrupt or extend the entire warranty period since the purchase.
4. The guarantee extends to the material processing of the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins. This only applies if the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins are used exclusively for private use as intended. In the case of use for commercial purposes (e.g. hotels) as well as improper use (e.g. outdoors), the extended guarantee is only possible with an individual agreement.
