Information on the Authenticity of Customer Reviews

The verification of reviews is carried out as follows:

Customers receive a link to review the products or can use the review function available for each item in our online shop.

We review all product reviews prior to publication. Each review is individually checked to determine whether it was submitted by a consumer who has actually purchased the goods or services from us. Reviews are not published before a minimum period of 48 hours has passed.
