The optional Safomed© cover (350 g/m²) is high-quality quilted and, thanks to a climate-friendly fiber, prevents sweating and heat build-up in bed. It is easily removable and separable thanks to a four-sided zipper (making it suitable for any washing machine) and is washable up to 60°C. This makes the cover perfect for allergy sufferers or asthmatics. The cover is tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (test no. 2004052 - Centexbel).
Cover composition: 61.5% Polyester + 35% Lyocell/Tencel + 3.5% ElastaneLyocell (also called Tencel) is a particularly sustainable fabric, typically made from the fast-growing wood of eucalyptus trees, which grows almost everywhere. It is a unique and one of the most breathable fabrics in the world, preventing unpleasant heat build-up! Lyocell has already received several European Environmental Awards. The elastane makes the cover particularly stretchy and supports the conforming effect, unlike conventional covers, which are often stiff and inflexible. 1. The warranty is based on the statutory provisions (see § 9).
2. For our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins, we also provide a comprehensive guarantee, which is explained below. Of course, this does not affect our customers' statutory claims for defects.
3. We give a guarantee on the mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins with the following content:
We grant a pro rata guarantee of 5, 10 or 12 years for our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows and slatted frames (according to the respective item description) from the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. We grant a 10-year guarantee on our pool basins for leaks in the pool basins and the leaktightness of the pipelines in the basin up to the technology, from the time the goods are handed over to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
The warranty does not interrupt or extend the entire warranty period since the purchase.
4. The guarantee extends to the material processing of the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins. This only applies if the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins are used exclusively for private use as intended. In the case of use for commercial purposes (e.g. hotels) as well as improper use (e.g. outdoors), the extended guarantee is only possible with an individual agreement. The following are not covered by the guarantee: Normal wear and tear, plates or slatted slats (slatted frames), the consequences of improper use (e.g. using a mattress without a fully functional slatted frame such as slatted frames with at least 24 slatted slats or plate slatted frames), soiling, stains, mold, torn carrying loops and consequential damage .
5. If the material processing is restricted within the guarantee period, we will make improvements at our option. However, within the framework of the statutory warranty periods and claims, you can of course determine your rights yourself, without prejudice to your rights.

7. This guarantee does not restrict the legal rights of the buyer, in particular the warranty rights in accordance with Section §437 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The buyer is entitled to these in any case, regardless of whether there is a guarantee claim or the guarantee is being used.
