Weatherproof upholstery for the highest demands
The 3 seater sofa, the chairs and the square stool include a special thick padding, which is weatherproof and particularly hard-wearing, which ensures a particularly durable usability of the garden furniture. The foam inside is specially designed for quick-drying, but it is additionally protected from the outside with a water-repellent cover (100% polyester).
The material of the cover is also UV-resistant, dirt-repellent and therefore extremely easy-care. The cover is also resistant to pool water or salt water.
You may leave your furniture outdoor throughout the whole year by means of the protective cover (against surcharge). You will take much pleasure in your designer part even after using it for many years.
The large stool serves as a shelf (table), as a footrest or even as an additional seat.
Extreme solid stainless rack made of powder-coated metal
The rack is made of solid powder-coated metal. Most of the common garden furniture is constructed with low-grade plastic fibre racks not ensuring a long lasting usability. This won’t happen to you with this precious lounge furniture.

1. The warranty is based on the statutory provisions (see § 9).
2. For our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins, we also provide a comprehensive guarantee, which is explained below. Of course, this does not affect our customers' statutory claims for defects.
3. We give a guarantee on the mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins with the following content:
We grant a pro rata guarantee of 5, 10 or 12 years for our mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows and slatted frames (according to the respective item description) from the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. We grant a 10-year guarantee on our pool basins for leaks in the pool basins and the leaktightness of the pipelines in the basin up to the technology, from the time the goods are handed over to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
The warranty does not interrupt or extend the entire warranty period since the purchase.
4. The guarantee extends to the material processing of the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins. This only applies if the mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, slatted frames and pool basins are used exclusively for private use as intended. In the case of use for commercial purposes (e.g. hotels) as well as improper use (e.g. outdoors), the extended guarantee is only possible with an individual agreement. The following are not covered by the guarantee: Normal wear and tear, plates or slatted slats (slatted frames), the consequences of improper use (e.g. using a mattress without a fully functional slatted frame such as slatted frames with at least 24 slatted slats or plate slatted frames), soiling, stains, mold, torn carrying loops and consequential damage .
5. If the material processing is restricted within the guarantee period, we will make improvements at our option. However, within the framework of the statutory warranty periods and claims, you can of course determine your rights yourself, without prejudice to your rights.

7. This guarantee does not restrict the legal rights of the buyer, in particular the warranty rights in accordance with Section §437 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The buyer is entitled to these in any case, regardless of whether there is a guarantee claim or the guarantee is being used.
